Both Gold & Silver soar to the sky, reaching peaks of US$5,650 per ounce (for Gold) and US$121 (for Silver). They then collapse suddenly on profit-taking, with Gold falling to a bottom of $4,600 (Mon 02 Feb 2026, down 19%) and Silver falling to $72 (Mon 02 Feb 2026, down 40%). Silver slides more (on Fri 06 Feb 2026) to $66 (in Asian markets) before rebounding to $77.50 at NY close.
It is massacre for the over-confident Precious metal traders.
Looking at the other angle, it is a gift from market gods to investors who have missed out the recent rallies.
