High Inflation Environment

Issue No. 015  (Friday 30 Mar 2018)

In Issue No.012 of 17 Feb 2018, we make the following prediction:

“ Precious Metals & DJIA will plunge for 1 month from end Feb 2018”

Here are the Price Charts to confirm the forecast.
Gold in the past month only eases. It is correct on stocks, with DJIA falling about 8% on worries about trade war between USA and China.

Stocks should rebound thereafter though I do not have specific target for the coming 2 weeks.

For the time being, let’s study High Inflation Environment which is extremely bullish on Precious metals (Gold and Silver). Stocks can benefit.
An active Saturn is most bullish. Saturn is long term active should Saturn’s orbit be persistently (for several months) stressed by Giant planets. Long term intense stimulation on Saturn’s orbit produces High Inflation. Study Solar Chart 1979-03-27 (above) to understand how Saturn’s orbit is agitated. The environment is made more bullish by an active Mars through a Right angled Triangle.

Solar Chart 1979-09-10 (below) is plotted 5.1/2 months later. The High Inflation pattern (intense stimulation on Saturn’s orbit) remains the same. And Mars is again agitated, this time by a 45-degree Triangle.

Since the bullish patterns are effective for many months, High Inflation is created.
High Inflation is reflected by soaring Spot Gold in 1979. Indeed, Precious metal prices continue soaring to reach historic heights on 21 Jan 1980.

In the near future, is there a similar High Inflation Environment? We’ll try to locate similar planetary patterns to help us make investment decisions.

Solar Chart 2018-05-21 is marked to reveal intense agitation on Saturn’s orbit. An active Mars also participates to make the situation more inflationary.
The long duration of intense agitation on Saturn’s orbit is confirmed by Solar Chart 2018-08-20 (3 months after Solar Chart 2018-05-21)
The planetary patterns of 2018 and those of 1979 are similar. We expect soaring Gold and Silver markets (though not immediately). Inflation is also bullish (though less so) on stocks.

We have so far examined the Heliocentric (view of planets from the Sun) planetary patterns. In the next issue, we will study Geocentric aspects (view of planets from Earth) affecting Precious metals and stocks for the coming 2 quarters.
