Onward March to US$4,000 by mid June 2025

Spot Gold soars to record high of US$3,350 on Thu 17 Apr 2025. It will reach US$4,000 by middle of June 2025.

Our investment in Kinross Gold Corporation (KGC) has performed well.

One wonders why KGC has been chosen.

The stock selection process runs like the following;
[1] Ask your AI (Chatgpt or Grok) the best 10 gold stocks to buy.
     It generates a list of gold stocks with big capitalization.
     Newmont Mining and Barrick Gold are placed at the top.
    These are followed by 8 more good ones, including KGC.

[2] Select the stocks you like, and make research on them before buying.
      Newmont and Barrick Gold are certainly the best.

I have chosen KGC because research has revealed that KGC 4 years ago has acquired Great Bear (gold exploration junior company) and Great Bear is now rewarding KGC as the acquisition proves very profitable. I have assessed that KGC will continue its superior performance in the coming 2-3 year.

I would have bought Newmont and Barrick Gold also, but our small investment capital (US$10,00) limits our ability to buy just 1 gold stock.

 

Our portfolio shows (in less than 4 months) the gain is more than doubled (+ 112%). We are a little disappointed as our Call Options in OXY have depreciated. We are still expecting World War III which will transform the 6 OXY Calls into a fortune.
